Q: What should I do if I can’t find the driver and vehicle during the pick-up time?

A: We will send our vehicle to the pick-up location before the pick-up time as ordered by our customers. Our hotline +6019 – 563 5566 is ready to take your call.

 

Q: Can I make a reservation of the shuttle service one month before my trip?

A: Yes, you can make a reservation of our shuttle service any time before your trip.  Our vehicles and chauffeurs are always ready to be of service.

 

Q: How do I check the status of my order after the order confirmation?

A: After we confirm your assignment, you will receive the confirmation email for the pick-up time with the details of the vehicle and chauffeur.

 

Q: How will I be notified if there is a problem with my order?

A: All communication related to the order will be done via email; hence it is important for our customers to provide an accurate and updated email address.

 

Q: Can I set the pick-up time after office hours, like 8.00pm?

A: Yes, you are free to set the pick-up time for our shuttle service upon placing the order.

 

Q: What if the driver is unable to reach me via mobile?

A: Our chauffeur will contact you at the number provided, hence it is advisable to keep your mobile phone ON around the pick-up time.

 

Q: What if I entered a pick-up time with wrong time zone?

A: You can contact our hotline at +60-4-2623 790 to inform us the actual pick-up time.

 

Q: Do I need to make a reservation?

A: Advance reservation with 24 hours notice is required to guarantee service.  We will try our best to accommodate urgent customers or last-minute order but subject to the availability of resources.

 

Q: What if I leave something on a shuttle?

A: Penang Shuttle is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.  However, you may call our hotline +604 – 2623 790 to alert our customer service personnel and Penang Shuttle will do its best to reunite you with your belongings.

 

Q: Do you provide car seats for children?

A: Penang Shuttle does not provide car seats for children.  However, you are welcome to bring your own car seat for use in our vehicles.

 

Q: How can I change my reservation?

A: To change a reservation, please log on to your user account and click on the Manage Reservations link. You may also contact our customer service by email. Please have your reservation number ready.
